- Spa Part Research and Availability (Email is checked until 8pm Pacific Time 7 Days a week )
- Spa Repair Help From The Spa Wizard (Email is checked until 8pm Pacific Time 7 Days a week)
- Order Status and Tracking ( Email us if you didn't receive the Order Status and/or Tracking email.)
- Part We Shipped Was Incorrect/Damaged
- Cancel My Order (Cancellations must be phoned in to receive a cancellation confirmation)
* Part Request, Existing Order and Customer Care issues are typically responded to the same business day.
* Repair Help questions are typically responded to the same business day. If we have an unusually high volume, it may take up to three days. We attempt to give priority to ongoing repair situations and critical repairs.
* All Other requests are typically responded to within one week.
