Our genuine Hot Spring factory replacement pillows are made to fit your spa model regardless of age. We have Tiger River spa pillows as well as every color of Hot Spring head rest pillow that was ever made.

Most pillows are attached to the spa by pressing the pillow onto the spa's retainer screws located behind the pillow. Pre-1996 Tiger River spa pillows have one or two plastic pins molded onto the top or onto both ends of the pillow. Each pin then inserts into a retainer that is built into the spa, securing the pillow into place.
