This combination is a retrofit kit to make a 1990-current Hot Spring spa "EverFresh® ready. The gray standpipe is modified to enable it to accommodate the Freshwater® AG+ Sliver Ionizer. The AG+ Silver Ionizer cartridge is inserted into the top of the standpipe and is suspended within.

Note: If your Hot Spring is older that 1991 and has only one filter then use this standpipe/cap combo 71349

This is a combination standpipe and cap (white) for all 1990-current Hot Spring spa models that have multiple top access filters (3 or more-71825) or as an upgrade to the pre-1991 Hot Spring spa models that have a single top access filter (71827).

Note: If you need a standpipe that is open at the top, to accommodate a Freshwater® AG+ Sliver Ionizer, then choose the 71388.

This FreshWater Ag+ gray standpipe cap holds the filter in place on a gray colored standpipe. This gray standpipe cap identifies the correct standpipe (if your spa model has more than one filter) to insert the Fresh Water Ag+ Silver Ionizer into all 1992-current Tiger River spas, all 1990-current Hot Spring spas, all 2003-current Solana spas and 1998-2002 Hot Spot spa models.

This white filter cap screws onto the top of the filter standpipe to hold the filter in place on Hot Spring spas.

This ceramic fiber cartridge filter was introduced in the 2005 Hot Spring high performance spa models. In 2006 the Tri-X became available as a replacement for the common polyester filters. The unique design enables it to filter twice the water per minute than a common filter. You don’t have to clean it as often either! This filter can replace the 71825 filter in all 1990-current Hot Spring spa models, 1998-2002 Hot Spot models and all Solana X, RX, SX & TX spa models.

Note: Dishwasher safe! No soap. No drying cycle. (No more spraying off your filters outside in the dead of Winter!)
