Hot Spring Heater Replacement & Parts

Hot Springs replacement heaters for all 1995-2008 models.

In 1995 Watkins introduced the first No-Fault heater. The name "No-Fault" meant that there was no longer any mention of  negligent water chemistry voiding the warranty. In 1997 the second version of the " No Fault" heater was introduced and remained in production until late 2003. The third version of the "No-Fault" was utilized in the Tiger River spa line with some Hot Spring dealers using it as a replacement heater in both Hot Spring and Tiger River spas. The fourth version of the "No-Fault" was introduced in 2004 and has proven to be the most solid design we've seen to date. The PDR Titanium heater style is used in all Hot Spring and Tiger River spas rolling off the assembly line today.

Your 1995-2004 spa heater should look like one of the three heaters below.
  1. 1st No-Fault Heater Discontunied No-Fault 1500 and No-Fault 5500 cartridge style heater used in all Hot Springs and Tiger River spas from 1995-1996.

3/4" spring clamp (aka wire clamp) is used to secure the 3/4 inch vinyl tubing (70315) to various components.

Note: Wear eye protection when squeezing these little rascals. Service techs typically use either needle nose pliers are hose clamp pliers to squeeze then slide this spring clamp onto the vinyl tubing.
