It is connected with a clear vinyl tube to the air button located on the bartop of the Hot Spot models. Once the air button is depressed a puff of air activates this switch. In turn the switch sends a momentary signal to the circuit board. The circuit board interprets the signal and makes the required changes to the jet pump status. That is, the circuit board turns the jet pump on, off or from low to high speed. This button simply inserts into the top side hole and is secured into place with the supplied threaded nut. The white colored air button ( 75080) was used from 1993-1996.
