The part was shipped the same day I ordered it and it was an exact match so it only took a few minutes to change the part. Even with water still in the spa.

I have ordered from Backyard Plus several times, and each time your service was superb! The parts arrived quickly, they fit perfectly, and the instructions were clear. I have replaced the heater, the heater control board, the 4-way valve, and numerous jets. Thanks to your company, the spa remains in tip-top shape!
