What a great place to buy spa parts. I've been using Backyard Plus for a few years now and very happy with all aspects of the company that I've used. Orders are always quick, always accurate and always a fair price. I sometimes wonder it the 2nd & 3rd generation parts are going to work, but they always do. The serial number parts matching takes the fears away if you ever doubt if the parts are going to fit. I use Backyard Plus for all my spa orders and recommend them to you!

I have a 2004 Jetsetter. First I ordered a new mother board to replace my failed board. Installed it with no problems. Instructions were great. About three months later, my spa began to shut down. I contacted Craig and we would try things for a period of over a month. Craig next asked me to disconnect the LED lights. Amazing. Spa remained on and heated up just as it was supposed to do. It turned out that the old LED lighting kits were not compatible with the new mother boards. These calls probably saved me several hundred dollars in maintenance calls. I thank Craig for his great patience as we got to know each other pretty well and backyard plus prices alone are a tremendous savings Thanks guys
