All in-stock items will be sent on the same day from Backyardplus.com
in Bakersfield, California or from one of our network partners when
ordered before 2
pm West Coast Time (shipping days are M-F). Any parts not
in stock at time of order ship within (10) business days or less
in most cases. We'll notify you the next business day with an estimated
ship date. Packages are sent via UPS Ground or UPS Express (Air).
Getting parts to fix your hot tub can be critical, especially
in freezing climates & special occasions. Therefore, we offer UPS Express
(Air) shipping options to addresses within the United States.

a signature from the delivery address or neighbor. You may want to ship to a work address.

CHANGES
To serve you in the most efficient way possible,
we process your order as soon as it's placed. Therefore, once
you place your order by clicking on the final checkout button,
you cannot change your order. If you need to order additional
items, simply place another order. If you ordered something
mistakenly, please follow our returns process.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel
your order, you may do so by calling Customer Care at (661) 873-1174
as long as the order has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse
or shipping partners for processing. Please be advised your payment
may have already been processed. Therefore, it may take 7 to 10
days for the bank to release funds back to your credit card.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
The United States Post Office does not allow UPS to deliver
to P.O. Boxes so we'll need a physical address.
INTERNATIONAL & APO / FPO SHIPPING
● Backyardplus.com does not currently ship internationally, but we
do ship to the U.S. territories and APO/FPO U.S. military addresses.
● An additional fee of $6 will be charged for Economy and Premium
shipments made to the U.S. territories and APO/FPO U.S. military
addresses.
● Tracking is not available for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
