SHIPPING & RATES
All in-stock items will be sent on the same day from Backyardplus.com in Bakersfield, California or from one of our network partners when ordered before 2 pm West Coast Time (shipping days are M-F). In most cases, any parts not in stock at time of order will ship within (2) business days or less. We'll notify you the next business day with an estimated ship date. Packages are sent via UPS Ground or UPS Express (Air) to all states except Alaska & Hawaii. Alaska & Hawaii are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail. 

Getting parts to fix your hot tub can be critical, especially in freezing climates & special occasions. Therefore, we offer UPS Express (Air) shipping options to addresses within the United States. These options are selected on the final checkout page. Alaska & Hawaii customers please call or email us for a quote on expedited orders.

NOTE: Backyardplus.com does not guarantee that your order will arrive on any specific day, especially during the months of "Extreme Weather Conditions" November-April.

		"Free" Ground Shipping for orders over $300 (EXCEPT ALASKA & HAWAII)
		Ground is $8 flat rate for orders under $300 (EXCEPT ALASKA & HAWAII)
		*3 Day Express is $24.95 flat rate (EXCEPT ALASKA & HAWAII)
		*2 Day Express is $39.95 flat rate (EXCEPT ALASKA & HAWAII)
		*Next Day by 7 pm is $49.95 flat rate (EXCEPT ALASKA & HAWAII)
Please Note: UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday or holidays as shipping days: * 3 Day Express = 3 Business Days (Weekdays) to arrive to you from the day we ship. * 2 Day Express = 2 Business Days (Weekdays) to arrive to you from the day we ship. * Next Day Express = Next Business Day (Weekday) to arrive to you from the day we ship. ● UPS Express (Air) service delivers Monday-Friday. (We offer Next Day Air-Saturday Delivery for phone orders only but it is not available in all areas of the United States. ● Not all shipping options are available for every part or destination. We'll notify you immediately if there is a restriction. ● UPS Ground (Home & Commercial Addresses) service delivers Monday - Friday.
● All orders over $200 are insured and require a signature from the delivery address due to the many disappearing packages from the door step. So, a popular option is shipping to a work address. ● Flat Rate shipping applies to USA shipments only. ● NO TAX (except CA at 8.25%)

CHANGES
To serve you in the most efficient way possible, we process your order as soon as it's placed. Therefore, once you place your order by clicking on the final checkout button, you cannot change your order. If you need to order additional items, simply place another order. If you ordered something mistakenly, please follow our returns process.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so by calling Customer Care at (661) 873-1174 to receive a cancellation confirmation. Your order may be cancelled as long as it has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse or shipping partners for processing. Please be advised your payment may have already been processed. Therefore, it may take 7 to 10 days for the bank to release funds back to your credit card.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We only ship to physical addresses and not to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL & APO / FPO SHIPPING
● Backyardplus.com ships internationally through our "International" website at www.spapartsrus.com.
● Tracking is not available for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
