in Bakersfield, California or from one of our network partners when
ordered before 2
pm West Coast Time (shipping days are M-F). In most cases, any parts not
in stock at time of order will ship within (2) business days or less. We'll notify you the next business day with an estimated
ship date. Packages are sent via UPS Ground or UPS Express (Air) to all states except Alaska & Hawaii. Alaska & Hawaii are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Getting parts to fix your hot tub can be critical, especially in freezing climates & special occasions. Therefore, we offer UPS Express (Air) shipping options to addresses within the United States. These options are selected on the final checkout page. Alaska & Hawaii customers please call or email us for a quote on expedited orders.

CHANGES
To serve you in the most efficient way possible,
we process your order as soon as it's placed. Therefore, once
you place your order by clicking on the final checkout button,
you cannot change your order. If you need to order additional
items, simply place another order. If you ordered something
mistakenly, please follow our returns process.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel
your order,please call Customer Care at 1-661- 873-1174 as cancellations or changes to an order are not responded to by email. Your order may be cancelled as long as it has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse
or shipping partners for processing. Please be advised your payment
may have already been processed. Therefore, it may take 7 to 10
days for the bank to release funds back to your credit card.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We only ship to physical addresses and not to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL & APO / FPO SHIPPING
● Backyardplus.com ships all over the world using US Postal Priority Mail International and in some cases UPS International.
● Tracking is not available for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
