We take your requests seriously. Here is how we'll respond:

  • Spa Part Research and Availability  (Responded to 7 days a week )
  • Spa Repair Help From The Spa Wizard  (Responded to 7 days a week)
  • Order Status and Tracking (Responded to within 24 hours Monday-Friday if you didn't receive the Order Status and/or Tracking email.)
  • Part We Shipped Was Incorrect/Damaged (Responded to the same business day during our hours of operation)
  • Cancel My Order (Cancellations must be phoned in to receive a cancellation confirmation)

* Part Request, Existing Order and Customer Care issues are typically responded to the same business day.
* Repair Help questions are typically responded to the same business day. If we have an unusually high call /email volume, it may take an extra day. We attempt to give priority to ongoing repair situations and critical repairs.
