Have owned for over 30 years a Hot Springs Classic hot tub and to a large part have depended on Backyard Plus to help diagnose and correct the operational issues involved. They know their tubs , their parts and how to easily ( most of the time) repair the same without having to call in outside electricians etc. Last process was installing a new pump after the original failed after 30 years!!!! Hot Springs makes a quality product for sure.

Except for the control socket threads being cross-threaded, everything was satisfactory. I suggest since you were aware of a manufacturing defect that you check the threads on the limit and control threads prior to shipping to the customer. I had to re-pull the heater and call you to see what I should do. Your suggestion to force thread worked so far.
