All in-stock items will be sent on the same day from Backyardplus.com in San Luis Obispo, California or from one of our network partners when ordered before 2 pm West Coast Time (shipping days are M-F). In most cases, any parts not in stock at
Free Shipping* for all orders! (Lower 48 States Only) *Some Parts Do Not Qualify
- The ‘Free Shipping’ option must be chosen at checkout for the order to be eligible.
- Free shipping applies to orders being shipped within the continental United States.
- Free shipping is excluded on over-sized parts. If a part is excluded from free shipping it will be specified in the description of that item.
- If your free shipping option is through USPS, we may choose to ship your order via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the order.
- If your free shipping option is via UPS Ground, only physical addresses may be used for delivery.
Getting parts to fix your hot tub can be critical, especially in freezing climates & special occasions. For this reason, we offer UPS Express (Air) shipping options to addresses within the United States. These options are selected on the final checkout page. Alaska & Hawaii customers please call or email us for a quote on expedited orders.
NOTE: Backyardplus.com does not guarantee that your order will arrive on any specific day, especially during the months of "Extreme Weather Conditions" November-April.

* 3 Day Select = 3 Business Days (Weekdays) to arrive
* 2 Day Air = 2 Business Days (Weekdays) to arrive
* Next Day Air = Next Business Day (Weekday) to arrive
- UPS Express (Air) service delivers Monday-Friday. (We offer Next Day Air-Saturday Delivery however it is not available in all areas of the United States. We'll notify you immediately if it's not available in your area.)
- Not all shipping options are available for every part or destination. We'll notify you immediately if there is a restriction.
- UPS Ground (Home & Commercial Addresses) service delivers Monday - Friday.

UPS GUARANTEED SERVICE REFUNDS
If your order was shipped using UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air and was delayed by a day or more in delivery, you may be eligible for a refund of shipping costs. UPS guarantees these shipments with exclusions due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances, the guarantee is also excluded during some holidays or busy seasons. If you would like to check the eligibility of your order for a Guaranteed Service Refund, please call our office and speak to a customer service representative, not a technician, in order for us to further assist you. It is your responsibility to contact us for this refund within 5 days of your order being delivered to ensure adequate time for claim processing.
To serve you in the most efficient way possible, we process your order as soon as it's placed. Therefore, once you place your order by clicking on the final checkout button, you cannot change your order. If you need to order additional items, simply place another order. If you ordered something mistakenly, please follow our returns process.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
UPS is only able to ship to physical addresses and NOT to PO Boxes. If your only shipping address option is a P.O Box, you MUST choose USPS as your shipping option.
INTERNATIONAL & APO / FPO SHIPPING
- Backyardplus.com ships all over the world using US Postal Priority Mail International and in some cases UPS International.
- Tracking is not available for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
- Customs charges are not paid by us, they are out of our control and are paid to your government.
